We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Parts Manager to join us at our Vertu Land Rover Leeds dealership!

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive basic salary of £31,000 with an OTE up to £35,000 plus company benefits including company car, share incentive scheme, and much more!

About the Role

As our Assistant Parts Manager, you will oversee the parts department, and will be responsible for maximising departmental profitability and achieving the departmental business plan. You will also be responsible for effectively controlling and maintaining resources, including stocks and equipment, and minimising the risk of financial loss to the company. You will be required to lead and develop the team in order to create a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement, and promote enhanced performance in colleagues.
