Assistant Performance Marketing Manager

We’re currently recruiting for an Assistant Performance Marketing Manager to join the marketing team of a leading beauty and retail organisation.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-focused marketer to support the delivery and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns, helping to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and media platforms to deliver effective performance marketing activity across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels.

You’ll play an important role in monitoring campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and turning data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, working with agency partners to improve audience targeting, creative performance, bidding, and return on investment.
  • Support affiliate marketing programmes across platforms such as Awin and Rakuten.
  • Monitor campaign performance across multiple channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to support marketing and commercial decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered effectively.
  • Keep up to date with developments across digital marketing, paid media, and performance marketing to help inform new approaches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
