We’re expanding our growing our team and seeking a high-performing Assistant Branch Manager to help lead, develop, and grow a winning team.
Position Overview
The Assistant Branch Manager is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily operations, technician development, and sales and service execution. This role is ideal for a leader who coaches from the front, holds teams accountable, and helps build a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Support the Branch Manager in leading and developing field technicians
- Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Lead daily huddles and weekly training meetings
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Uphold company culture, professionalism, and service standards

Sales & Customer Success
- Drive daily sales execution, upsells, and recurring service conversions
- Coach technicians on customer communication and value presentation
- Support retention efforts and professionally resolve escalations
- Promote white-glove service and a strong online reputation
Operations & Field Excellence
- Assist with scheduling, routing, and daily operations
- Perform field audits to ensure quality, safety, and consistency
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and vehicle readiness
- Ensure compliance with treatment protocols, PPE, and regulations
Branch Growth & Performance
- Support execution of branch growth strategies
- Maintain accountability and consistent customer experience
- Identify process, routing, and service improvements
- Provide feedback and reporting to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, hands-on leadership style
- Natural coach and mentor
- Comfortable with customer interaction and problem-solving
- Service industry experience preferred (pest control a plus, not required)
- Clear communicator; organized and process-driven
- Growth-minded with interest in long-term advancement
- Tech-comfortable (mobile apps, routing software, CRM)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prefer someone with a NC Pesticide License or Certified Applicators Card
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation and benefits offered, commensurate with experience. Top-tier candidates can expect market-leading pay.
Compensation: $46,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year
