We make stuff people love to watch. Gaming. Video. Social. Millions of views.

We need someone who can keep a mix of in-house talent and remote editors and designers on track and hitting deadlines. Someone who can plan a schedule, spot when something's about to slip, and fix it before it does. Bonus points if you know a good thumbnail on sight and can spot a QC issue before the comments section does.

We're hiring an Assistant Producer - the person who turns content chaos into videos that go out on time and look good. Organiser. Scheduler. The one who makes it all come together.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Overseeing the weekly recording and upload schedule
  • Giving videos a QC before they go live
  • Working with editors and thumbnail designers so nothing misses deadline
  • Helping with titles and thumbnails people can't not click
  • Watching the numbers and spotting opportunities others miss
  • Keeping talent, editors, and designers on track
  • The behind-the-scenes stuff too, admin, resourcing, making sure the right people are on the right things at the right time
  • Plus other duties as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
