Aurora is looking for a superstar Assistant Producer to support content and deliverables for our productions.
Applicants should have experience of a live remote gallery, delivery of content and working between multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, work well as a middle point for several areas of a production and have experience in live sporting events. The role will include prepping content with the production team and planning event requirements with the Producers and Executive producer.
Job Responsibilities
- Working for a live broadcast production in the London remote gallery
- Prepping deliverables for multiple stakeholders
- Coordinating between various departments
- Supporting host production with content development
- Working directly to Producers and Executive Producer

Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Experience working in live broadcast galleries
- Confident to support development of ideas
- Beneficial to understand live broadcast workflows and technology
- Ability to work with multiple teams on the event broadcast
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work unsocial hours when necessary
- Willingness and ability to travel in UK and internationally for shoots and client meetings as needed.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional unsocial hours and tight deadlines; resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
