FuturLab is recruiting for the role of Assistant Producer, Permanent Full Time. Assistant Producer role supporting production on PowerWash Simulator, working with cross-discipline teams in the Brighton office. - Track dev team tasks and help with communication between departments.
- Collect screenshots and videos for submission and help identify efficiencies and risks.
- Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Coordinate and implement localisation.
- Help play new content and maintain Confluence and documentation.
What they’re looking for
- Have at least one year of professional experience in the games industry.
- Show excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bring a passion for production and games.
- Be able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
- Have a good working knowledge of Excel.
- Have a valid UK work visa and be willing to commute to or relocate to Brighton.

Additional role information
- JIRA and Confluence experience, and an understanding of content pipelines, would be useful but are not essential.
- A cover letter is favoured.
- Experience with Early Access titles or live ops is a bonus.
