We're FuturLab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and many more awesome games.

We are looking for an Assistant Producer to join us in our Brighton office to work on the very exciting world of PowerWash Simulator! The person we hire into our team will have at least one year of experience in the industry and a passion for production. If that's you, read on!

You will be playing a vital role in overseeing the development of cross discipline teams, so you'll need to be great at prioritising your work as well as multi-tasking. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the dev team to help track their tasks
  • Assisting in the communication flow between departments
  • Collecting screenshots & videos for submission
  • Helping the rest of the team identify efficiencies and flag risks
  • Help drive sprint planning, retros, and daily stand-ups
  • Co-ordinating & implementing localisation
  • Jumping in to play new content
  • Assisting in the maintenance of Confluence and documentation

There'll be a bit of everything in this role so having JIRA and Confluence experience and an understanding of content pipelines would be useful but is not essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
