Assistant Product Developer - CLO3D
Do you love bringing designs to life, with a true understanding of garment patterns and construction?
Are you passionate about product development and excited by the opportunity to work with CLO3D? Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a desire to develop your career within technical apparel?
If so, we're looking for an Assistant Product Developer - CLO3D to join our Craghoppers Product team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of our seasonal product ranges, creating accurate 3D garment designs, specifications and samples while working closely with designers, suppliers and senior product developers.
You'll gain hands-on experience throughout the product development process, helping to ensure products are developed efficiently, fit correctly and are ready for successful range launches, while building your expertise in technical outdoor apparel development.
The Impact you will have in this role:
- Create and develop accurate 3D garment designs in CLO3D.
- Produce detailed specifications and support products from concept through to production.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers and factories to manage samples, fit reviews, product testing and development updates, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.
- Maintain product data, documentation and critical paths within PLM.
- Help to keep projects on track and support successful range launches.
- Build your technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and trims while contributing to continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Product Development team, ensuring samples, systems and records are organised and up to date.

As our future Assistant Product Developer - CLO3D, you will have:
- Degree qualification in textiles / apparel
- Interest in the outdoor industry & technical product/technologies
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, PLM, Illustrator, InDesign & CLO3ED design
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Highly technical and proficient at learning new software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet tight deadlines.
