Role Overview

Are you an organised and commercially minded product professional looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting an Assistant Product Manager on a 12-month FTC to join a collaborative and fast-paced team, supporting the successful delivery of exciting product launches across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product launch timelines, calendars, and critical path activities.
  • Coordinate prototype and sales sample orders, approvals, and purchase orders.
  • Support the rollout of global product launches across the EMEA region.
  • Ensure products are priced in line with target margins and launched to agreed deadlines.
  • Support the Product Manager in coordinating products from development through to launch.
  • Prepare samples, presentations, and product information for sales meetings and retail review.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Product Executive, Assistant Product Manager, or similar product-focused role.
  • Experience supporting product development or product launches within retail, consumer goods, FMCG, licensing, or a related industry.
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to work across multiple teams and international stakeholders.
