Graduate Trainee - Aftersales Department
Are you a graduate eager to kickstart your career with one of the world's leading automotive and technology groups? Renault Group UK is seeking a talented graduate trainee to join our Aftersales Department in the UK.
Key Objective
To support the Customer Loyalty & Accessories Team in the deployment and management of aftersales & accessories programmes and initiatives to drive commercial performance and customer loyalty.
What will you be doing?
Maintaining our showroom point of sale, our brand website and apps, as well as the Renault Net communication channels to keep it updated with the latest offers, pricing and services. This includes ongoing maintenance of our E-Commerce platforms to effectively promote our range of Accessories.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the internal orders process of our accessories and create accessory part numbers.
- Support Manager Accessories Development with AOL online Platform.
- Check the accessories stock bi-weekly as well as keeping checking for alerts.
- Manage accessories in the new car configurator for new vehicle launches.
- Support development and deployment of aftersales campaigns.
- Define and deploy customer & network initiatives to drive penetration of extended warranties.
- Obtain & cascade competitor benchmarking / insight.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and best outcomes.

Ideal Prior Experience
- Previous automotive experience (desirable)
- University Degree
- Commercial experience

What do we offer?
- Salary: £30,000
- Contract: 24-month, fixed term
- Annual Leave: 25 Days + bank holidays
