We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Product Manager - Unsecured Lending.
You’ll help lead end-to-end product lifecycle management and proposition development for Personal Loans and Credit Cards—covering customer acquisition, journey optimisation, pricing, retention, existing customer management, marketing, and portfolio performance. Reporting to the Product Manager for Rewards & Benefits, you’ll help shape and manage two c.£7bn portfolios supporting more than 7 million customers, contribute to the ongoing management of the Club Rewards product, and take ownership of key product management deliverables. You’ll work across brands and collaborate closely with colleagues in Banking and Propositions, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations, alongside global teams and external partners including Mastercard and M&S Retail.

In this role you’ll:
- Support day-to-day management of Club Rewards and other benefits (e.g., fast track, lounge access), partner with global teams on reward point redemptions, and contribute to proposition development and digital adoption.
- Act as the key point of contact for rewards/benefits queries, driving decisions and resolutions with internal operational/product teams and external partners (including Mastercard and reward suppliers).
- Keep an accurate inventory of customer communications and frontline procedures, ensuring product pages and supporting materials remain current and compliant.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analyse partner data to identify opportunities, report on failed redemptions/complaints, recommend improvements, and develop proposals to enhance customer experience.
- Identify, escalate and track risks/incidents in line with the Risk Management Framework, partnering with 2LoD teams, managing flash reports, and driving root-cause analysis and remediation.
- Collaborate with local/global stakeholders to improve rewards capabilities and customer journeys, support rewards communications and campaigns, review rewards P&L provision/forecasting with Finance and Analytics and deputise for the Product Manager in governance forums as required.

- Strong knowledge of credit cards and/or product management, with exposure to rewards/benefits and third-party management.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Confident using complex formulas and pivot tables to produce, interpret and quality-check detailed analysis.
- Able to translate data into clear insights, recommendations and well-evidenced conclusions.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects and/or programmes, using appropriate tools and techniques to plan, track and measure outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, able to explain complex topics in a meaningful way to varied audiences.
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, building trusted networks across teams, and driving continuous improvement and change.
