Assistant Product Marketing Manager Essex | Hybrid Working £45,000 + Benefits

Do you have experience helping bring new products to market within FMCG, consumer goods or consumer products?

Do you enjoy working with NPD to transform product concepts into successful commercial launches?

Our client is a growing consumer products business seeking an ambitious and hands-on Assistant Product Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of product launch activities across a diverse portfolio of brands and products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with experience supporting product launches who wants to take greater ownership of go-to-market activities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Working closely with Marketing, Product Development and Commercial teams, you will play an important role in supporting the successful launch of new products and helping drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of go-to-market plans
  • Coordinating new product launches from concept through to market
  • Working closely with Product Development, Commercial and external partners throughout the launch process
  • Developing product marketing materials and launch communications
  • Managing packaging artwork, marketing assets and product imagery
  • Coordinating agency activity across digital, creative and PR projects
  • Supporting website and content updates
  • Creating engaging presentations and sales support materials
  • Monitoring launch performance and supporting post-launch evaluation

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • Experience successfully bringing new products to market
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of go-to-market plans
  • A background within consumer goods, consumer products or FMCG
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A collaborative and proactive approach

Retail sector experience would be highly advantageous
