Our Partner
Our partner is an established creative design and fabrication business specializing in immersive environments, scenic construction, and experiential projects. Working across the full journey from concept through to installation, they combine traditional craftsmanship with modern production techniques and continue to invest in innovative ways of delivering high-quality experiences across the entertainment and visitor attraction sectors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshop activity across concurrent projects, helping to allocate people, space, and machinery effectively while keeping production schedules moving.
- Support project budget control by tracking costs, raising and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate job coding, and highlighting potential overspend early.
- Act as a central link between workshop, project, creative, and finance teams, making sure operational and financial information is accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across purchasing, resource allocation, and workshop processes, then implement practical improvements that support productivity and commercial performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory and production documentation while supporting technical planning, installation logistics, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.

Experience and Skills that Will Deliver Success in This Role
The right candidate will be an organized and commercially aware production or project professional who enjoys working at the center of a busy operation. You’ll be comfortable with numbers and project costs, but your real strengths will lie in coordination, communication, problem-solving, and keeping several moving parts under control.
Essential
- Strong experience in project coordination, production management, or a fast-paced operational or administrative environment.
- Good numerical literacy, with the confidence to interpret project costs, monitor expenditure, and question inconsistencies where needed.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing requirements across several projects.
- A clear and confident communication style, with experience working across different teams and disciplines.
- A proactive, practical approach to identifying problems and improving systems or processes.
Desirable
- Experience within scenic fabrication, set construction, live entertainment, visitor attractions, or a related creative production environment.
- Previous exposure to workshop operations, purchasing, inventory management, or installation logistics.
- Experience supporting health and safety documentation, risk assessments, or production compliance.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to have a visible impact on how a creative production workshop operates. You’ll sit at the point where people, projects, and commercial information come together, helping the team deliver complex builds efficiently without losing sight of quality. The wider business is also developing its portfolio of immersive and live experiences, making this a good time to join a growing production environment with opportunities to develop further.

What’s on Offer
- Salary: c£50k, depending on experience
- Working pattern: Fully on site - Marden, Kent.
- Reports to: Production Manager / Project Manager
