Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and talented Assistant Professors in all departments to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation, a passion for teaching, and a drive to contribute to the advancement of veterinary sciences through innovative research and collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures to undergraduate students in the discipline concerned.
  • Develop and update course curriculum to reflect advancements in veterinary science and industry needs.
  • Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research endeavors.
  • Conduct independent and collaborative research, aiming for publications in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Contribute to departmental activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Participate in faculty development programs to enhance teaching and research capabilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to address current challenges in veterinary science.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: BVSc&AH degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  • Postgraduate Qualification: MVSc degree with a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant discipline and NET qualification.
  • Doctorate: PhD degree in the relevant veterinary discipline (candidates with or without NET qualification are eligible).

  • Research aptitude with a track record of publications or the potential to contribute to impactful research.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide students.
