Assistant Project Manager – Domestic Retrofit (SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme) πŸ“ Banbridge | Full-time, on-site

About McGaffin Mechanical

McGaffin Mechanical helps homeowners across Ireland make the switch to warmer, greener homes. We deliver domestic energy upgrades on both sides of the border β€” including SEAI's Warmer Homes Scheme in the Republic of Ireland and NIHE Central Heating Scheme installations and NISEP (Toasty Homes) works in Northern Ireland β€” from insulation to heating and heat pump installations, improving comfort, cutting energy bills, and reducing carbon footprints for the people who need it most. Our team works closely with homeowners, contractors, and scheme administrators to deliver high-quality retrofits that make a real difference in people's daily lives.

The Role

We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the coordination of our domestic retrofit projects. Working alongside our Project Managers, you'll help keep multiple home retrofit jobs moving smoothly from initial scheduling through to completion and sign-off, across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
