Job Role: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Snodland, Kent
Salary: £350 - £400 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a major water infrastructure projects in the South East. You will provide project coordination and administration support across the business on multiple projects, including a new build reservoir. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to keep deliverables on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day project administration
  • Coordinating project schedules and activities
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Acting as a key point of contact for routine stakeholder communications
  • Tracking deliverables and actions
  • Identifying and resolving minor project bottlenecks
  • Supporting SMEs with project inputs and coordination

About You:

  • Experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator role
  • MEICA or Civil engineering background
  • Water sector experience is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with project documentation, scheduling and deliverables
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Infrastructure or utilities experience desirable
