CLIENT:
A leading London-based Design & Build contractor specialising in high-quality commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments. Renowned for its creative approach and strong workplace design capabilities, the company delivers CAT A and CAT B projects ranging in value from £1 million to £15 million for a diverse client portfolio.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial office fit-out projects throughout London.
You will assist with the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organised and passionate about commercial interiors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to transition into Project Management or someone already working in a similar role for a Design & Build or traditional fit-out contractor.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with coordinating commercial office fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
- Support project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction and handover.
- Assist with budget monitoring, cost tracking and project reporting.
- Maintain and update project programmes, helping the team achieve key milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and consultants under the guidance of senior project leadership.
- Support client communications, prepare progress updates and attend project meetings.
- Help ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, building regulations and company quality standards.
- Identify project risks and issues, escalating them where necessary and supporting their resolution.
- Assist with final project reviews, handover documentation and client close-out.

PACKAGE:
- £55,000–£70,000 + Commission (dependent on experience)
