The Role/Duties
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and suppliers
- Open home preparations
- Prospecting warm clients
- Lead generation
- Preparation for appraisals and listing presentations
- Nurture clients and generation of new leads and opportunities
- Attending open homes, buyer inspections, final inspections
- Relationship management
- After sales follow up
About You
- Results driven and focused
- A confident communicator and well presented
- Have a keen interest in personal development
- A demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, resulting in loyal clients within the real estate industry
- A willingness to go above and beyond for your clients and team, with a genuine drive and passion for helping people
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Current Certificate 1V in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate
