Assistant Property Data Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Property Data Analyst to join our Property Data team on a Fixed Term Basis/Secondment until 2nd of March 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and driving improvements through accurate information and insight. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of our property data, supporting important business initiatives including housing management system integration projects and ongoing data quality improvements.
Your Responsibilities
- Support data cleansing, analysis, audits and quality assurance activities to ensure property data is accurate and reliable.
- Maintain and update property information within housing management systems, ensuring records remain complete and up to date.
- Produce accurate property reports and provide data and insights to support colleagues across the organisation.
- Assist with property data projects, including system integration activities and data quality reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

This role can be based in any of our offices and will require attending to Farringdon (London) office for team meetings when required. This is a hybrid working role with the option to work from home 3 days per week. Work from home days to be agreed with line manager.

What You'll Bring
- Experience working with large volumes of data in an analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data issues.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, presenting findings clearly.
- A proactive, inquisitive and self-motivated approach.
- Experience within Housing Associations or Power BI knowledge would be advantageous.
