We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our brilliant team as our Assistant Property Data Analyst. You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about Data.
What You’ll Do
- Provide effective data administration to our Asset data team
- Deliver excellent customer service by completing tasks efficiently
- Organise and create property records
- Support with data-based tasks

You have
- Experience in working with data and data entry.
- Experience working in a relevant administrative or project role, with a basic understanding of underlying business processes and data organisation.
- Excellent prioritising skills to organise your workload and achieve targets within agreed timescales and demonstrate collaborative working with internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with Open Housing and MS Office (Word, Excel).

- Temporary (12 months contract). Hybrid working with 2 days based in our Newcastle office and the rest from home.
