Assistant Property Manager - Watford
Looking to build a long-term career in residential property management? We're recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing and supportive block management business, helping to manage a portfolio of residential developments across London.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

The Role
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor works
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Support health & safety compliance
- Respond to resident and client enquiries
- Assist with budgets, notices, and client communications
- Build strong relationships with leaseholders, clients, and contractors

About You
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the property industry
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Residential property experience preferred
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
