Role Description
The Assistant Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day property operations, including tenant communication, coordination of maintenance and repairs, and monitoring service providers. The Assistant Property Manager helps track budgets, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records related to property expenses and income. Responsibilities also include assisting with inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting lease administration and renewals. The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to make sure properties are well-maintained and that client expectations are met or exceeded.

- Confident using Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, with reliability and flexibility to respond to operational needs.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field is beneficial; professional certifications in property or facilities management are an advantage.
