About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Psychologist Intern to join our Customer Operations team for a 3 month placement, helping us deliver high quality services to our NHS, Private Healthcare and corporate partners.

You'll support the clinical data and administrative work that keeps our service running smoothly, from record accuracy through to discharge. You'll work as part of a team of assistant psychologists, and you'll be paired with two colleagues who will help you get started and answer questions along the way.

This is a fixed-term placement for 3 months, starting as soon as possible. This is a hybrid role - mainly remote but able to come to our Shoreditch office around once a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical data entry: Support accurate, up-to-date clinical data entry, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Patient logistics: Support with patient logistics, including discharge reports and related paperwork.
  • Outcome measures: Support the consolidation of outcome measures so they can be reviewed and reported on.
  • Supporting partnerships: Work with some of our NHS partners on day-to-day coordination and data requests.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology (course accredited by the British Psychological Society).
  • Highly task-oriented, and comfortable working through detailed work.
  • Great attention to detail, with a careful approach to data accuracy.
  • Organised and tech-savvy, able to quickly learn and navigate multiple digital platforms and systems.
  • Clear and professional in written communication.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to reflect, learn and develop.
  • Strong interest in mental health or mental health tech.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Aircall, or similar platforms is desirable but not required.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

  • 9:00-18:00 with a one-hour lunch break
  • Holiday allowance - 25 days pro rata
  • This is a paid placement
  • Reference on completion
