The role supports the implementation of quality activities within the project team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in quality practices and a keen interest in developing their skills in a regulated engineering environment. The role contributes to maintaining compliance with internal standards and supports continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining quality documentation and records.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of internal audits.
• Help track non-conformances and improvement actions.
• Contribute to lessons learnt and improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for quality tools and dashboards.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Respond to basic quality-related queries and escalate as needed.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Basic understanding of quality principles and documentation.
• Some experience supporting or participating in audits.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated environment.
