Summary
Caddick Civil Engineering is a key division of the Caddick Group, specializing in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects across Residential, Industrial, and Commercial markets. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and safety, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Caddick Civil Engineering is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (graduate level) to join our commercial team in Yorkshire & North East. This role will provide valuable experience supporting the commercial management of infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do
- Assist with cost management and project financial reporting.
- Support valuations and payment applications.
- Assist with subcontract procurement and management.
- Support change control and cost forecasting.
What We're Looking For

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
