We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Director and supporting senior commercial staff, you will assist in the financial and commercial management of projects within the Energy and Critical Infrastructure Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cost control and value management.
- Support the preparation of monthly CVRs, forecasts, and commercial reports.
- Assist with subcontractor procurement and payment applications.
- Help manage variations, compensation events, and commercial documentation.
- Support budget monitoring, WIP analysis, and cash flow reporting.
- Maintain accurate project records and commercial administration.
- Liaise with operational teams and supply chain partners.

Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Previous placement, internship, or experience within a construction environment is desirable.
- Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of NEC contracts would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
