The Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior commercial staff throughout the project lifecycle, from award to final account. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing monthly valuations
  • Tracking variations
  • Maintaining subcontractor orders and cost records
  • Being involved in procurement, estimating, and building strong client relationships

Regular travel to project sites across the UK will be required to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Strong technological abilities and comfort with digital tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about career development
  • Flexible and supportive team player
