Location: Near Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We’re currently recruiting for two separate, highly regarded construction companies, both with sizeable projects in the Yeovil area.
Project Quantity Surveyor – c.£30m Ultra Luxury Hotel
Our first client is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a £30m project involving the refurbishment and part new build of a luxury hotel near Yeovil.
- Role: Project Quantity Surveyor
- Project: £30m Ultra Luxury Hotel refurbishment and part new build
- Location: Near Yeovil
- Requirements: Experienced QS with solid main contracting experience and expertise in high end hotels or Super Prime residential projects

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Large Private Residence
Our second client is delivering a large private residence including extensive landscaping and external works.
- Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Project: Large private residence with landscaping and external works
- Location: Near Yeovil
- Requirements: AQS with around 1–2 years’ experience looking to develop their commercial career on a high quality project
