Quantity Surveyor
Warrington | £45,000-£50,000
Civils Quantity Surveyors - looking for your next step? I'm working with an established contractor who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their growing commercial team in Warrington.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' experience who already has some exposure to civil engineering projects and wants to develop their career further within a specialist project environment.
The role will give you exposure to projects across the full construction sequence, including enabling works, piling and subsequent groundworks, giving you the chance to build a broad understanding of the commercial side of civils.
The Role
- Supporting the commercial management of civils projects
- Working across enabling works, piling and groundworks packages
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Valuations, applications and final accounts
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Managing variations and commercial changes
- Working closely with the project and operational teams

About You
- Around 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Some previous experience within civil engineering
- Comfortable working within a project environment
- Good commercial and contractual understanding
- Ambitious and keen to develop
- Piling experience is not essential
