Join us as an Assistant Relationship Director in Corporate Banking

We’re looking for an excellent communicator to establish and build relationships with our existing and prospective customers within the East Midlands area.

Specialising in corporate banking, you’ll be booking appointments and preparing well researched collateral for customers and prospect meetings.

This is an opportunity to further develop an extensive range of skills, as we’ll provide you with externally recognised qualifications to help you excel in your role.

Your time will be split between client meetings at their premises, collaborating with colleagues in our Nottingham office, minimum two days a week, or as required, with the remainder working remotely.

What you'll do

As an Assistant Relationship Director, you’ll be assisting with all services and sales portfolio administration activities, with a focus on attracting new customers. You’ll also look for opportunities to benefit our customers and prospects with products and services, all the while aiming to exceed their expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
