Assistant Reporting Accountant

We have a fantastic opening for an Assistant Reporting Accountant to join our Reporting team in Group Finance. Our Backstage support teams are crucial to the delivery across all five of our venues – The NEC, bp pulse LIVE, Utilita Arena Birmingham, the ICC, and Vox - and include IT, Finance, Marketing, People, Legal, Safety and Procurement. Collaborating seamlessly with our frontline operational teams to create unforgettable moments for the millions of people that visit us each year.
About The Role
As part of the Group Finance team, the Reporting Accountant will play a key role in the production of monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data while maintaining positive working relationships with other finance teams and the wider business managers.
Day to day you will process and reconcile journal inputs into the monthly accounts, support the wider Group Finance Team with the production of forecasts, budgets and monthly reports plus support decision making through the provision of timely and accurate financial information.
