As Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, deliver commercial results and create a positive, high-performing culture.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role
- You'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent standards, smooth operations and a consistently great guest experience.
- Developing and inspiring your team, you'll support the recruitment, training and development of team members, creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported and able to perform at their best.
- You'll take ownership of key performance measures, helping the team achieve targets relating to sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- You'll help ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, resolving issues positively and creating experiences that encourage them to return.
- From stock management and labour scheduling to compliance and food safety, you'll help ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, safely and in line with company standards.
