What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
- Ensuring food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness are top-notch
- Training and developing team members to help them succeed
- Handling stock management, cash control, and operational efficiency
- Troubleshooting challenges and driving continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader with great people skills
- At least 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and a hands-on approach to leadership
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and keeps the energy high
- The right to work in the UK
