About The Role
Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our Food & Beverage team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the day-to-day operation of a luxury restaurant. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage leadership team to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in leading, coaching, and motivating the restaurant team while creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What You Will Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Assist with team training, performance management, and ongoing development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently, resolving concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support labour and cost control measures to help achieve departmental financial goals.
- Manage restaurant service periods, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back of house teams.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
- Support inventory management, ordering processes, and stock control where required.
- Act as a role model for luxury hospitality, providing outstanding service and leadership on every shift.

What You Bring
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service standards.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
