The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant team and deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you'll be supporting the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, inspire the team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the daily running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Leading engaging pre-shift briefings, keeping the team informed of VIP guests, special occasions, and daily priorities
- Delivering exceptional guest service and lead by example
- Resolving guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining excellent product, menu, and beverage knowledge
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, hygiene and first aid compliance
- Supporting rota planning and staffing levels to meet business needs
- Motivating, coaching, and supporting the restaurant team to deliver consistently high standards

Personal Specification
Essentials
- Must have previous supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Must have excellent knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Desirables
- Have experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- Must have a food Safety qualification
- Have knowledge of food and beverage health & safety legislation
Additional Information
- Full-time contract - 40 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days a week
- £32460.96 per annum
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business such as working evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
