What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:
- You will be responsible for monitoring The Barn’s sales, service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience during their day. This will include leading and motivating The Barn team, continually improving service and ensuring the menu and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximise business growth.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day

What you'll bring
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager within a fine dining restaurant.
