Your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager:

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bents, you’ll be the heart of our Front of House team, working closely with the Dining leadership team to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Your role will be all about coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers, while overseeing daily operations across multiple dining locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring the team (team size 100+), working alongside the Dining Management team.
  • Overseeing the daily operations across the 7 dining locations, seating over 1000 customers.
  • Ensuring customers receive outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
  • Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Working efficiently and making things happen in a fast-paced environment.

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A passion for hospitality, excellent service, a drive to succeed, and a love for people.
  • Being friendly, customer-focused, and having a positive attitude.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to work in a very fast-paced, pressurized environment to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in any situation.
  • A flexible approach to tasks and changes, always open to new challenges.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, whether it's handling a rush of customers or navigating a challenging situation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
