Assistant Retrofit Coordinator
Equans is looking for an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To assist the Retrofit Coordination team in the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes
- To assist with the implementation and quality checking of retrofit surveys and processes, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process
- Work with Equans Retrofit & Central Sustainability Team in establishing EQUANS as the partner of choice in energy efficiency retrofit solutions
- Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using energy modelling software
- To assist in the Management of the PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes
- Ensure that the entire end to end PAS2035 and PAS2030 process and customer journey provides the highest standards for both our ‘traditional customers’ (RSLs, LAs etc) as well at the end user customers (House Owners, tenants etc)
- Assist the Retrofit Coordinator in establishing close working relationships with operational teams to maintain timely and accurate survey information and specification solutions
- Monitor and audit external survey partners delivering retrofit surveys

Who are you?
- Retrofit Assessor qualified
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualified
- Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes
- High levels of process knowledge around the retrofit assessment process, and TrustMark.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) including report writing
- Able to develop effective working relationships with internal and external partners
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 2 years working with the construction industry in general
- Proven experience in energy efficiency retrofit works
