We're working with a well-established property investment group to find an Assistant Sales & Lettings Asset Manager to take ownership of sales and lettings performance on a landmark mixed-use riverside development in West London. This is a genuinely commercial role at the heart of the scheme's delivery, where you'll drive pricing strategy, manage agent performance, and play a central role in both the sales and private rental elements of the development. This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the day-to-day sales and lettings strategy, working closely with appointed agents to drive pace, pricing and conversion
- Tracking pricing, reservations, exchanges, completions and void periods, and building pricing/absorption models against the business plan
- Chairing agent performance reviews and holding them to agreed KPIs
- Leading on lettings strategy for the private rented element, including rent-setting and void management
- Monitoring market conditions and comparable schemes to recommend pricing and incentive adjustments
- Supporting wider asset management, tracking income, service charges and capex, and preparing performance reporting for senior stakeholders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
