Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Ealing (Broadway)

Brand: Gibbs Gillespie

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6pm
  • Friday: 9am to 5:30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays: 10am to 3pm

Driving license:
Please note, you must have a full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Sales Manager will be extremely motivated and career-driven, with experience in the current sales market.

Duties will include:

  • Assist in leading the operations of the Sales team along with the Sales Manager
  • Conduct valuations for residential properties
  • Accountable for the quality of customer care
  • Meet and exceed targets for sales business
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure new business
  • To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and sell company services to vendors, purchasers, and their advisers
  • Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff
  • Staff training and development
  • Manage the overall success of the Sales team

Skills required:

  • Prior experience working within a residential sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Line management experience
  • Listing & valuation experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change
  • A full UK driving license
