Assistant Sales Manager - Banjo’s Longford

About The Role
Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the Longford team!
As a senior member of the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!
We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

- Assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the store
- Assist with supervising the Sales Team
- Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
- Training of new Sales employees
- Opening and closing of the store
- Merchandising products
- Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing and supporting a team is desirable
- Confidence, with a positive attitude
- Experience in providing customer service
- Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
- A team player, who loves a challenge
- Willingness to grow with us
