Come join the international Franchise team and help make Next a Global household name.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a central coordinator driving product development and commercial execution between the wholesale partner, the Arctic team, and regional territories.
Key Tasks
- Working in close collaboration with the Wholesale team and the Design Manager, you will organise partner meetings, assist in setting up product presentations, and co-present key trends to the Arctic team.
- Operationally, you will be responsible for creating detailed territory documents featuring images and style references, as well as managing the end-to-end communication for sample ordering, pricing requests, and delivery timelines to ensure all strict deadlines are met.
- You will also serve as a vital link back to the UK buying teams, conducting meetings with Arctic for style selection, gathering pipeline visibility across different retail phases, and keeping UK managers fully aligned on style progress.
- You will prepare and maintain selected style worksheets, track development sample progress, and work closely with Arctic and the Wholesale team to finalise pricing.
- When technical challenges arise, you will take ownership of resolving issues regarding blocks, fabric bases, or special embroidery and print techniques by coordinating directly with Territory Product and Technical Managers.
- Finally, you will oversee the P&P process—following up with the Territory Fabric Manager for NIS updates and sharing SCS documents—while closely monitoring production progress alongside territories and the Wholesale team to ensure all confirmed orders align perfectly with agreed delivery schedules.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
