🚗 Assistant Sales Manager – Automotive
We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join an established automotive sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step in their career, develop their management skills and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
🔑 The Role
As Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Selling new and used vehicles
- Sales of service plans and associated products
- Managing and maintaining customer diaries and appointments
- Working closely with the Service Department to meet customer requirements
- Supporting and managing a team of Sales Executives
- Driving sales performance and achieving targets
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Representing the business at occasional off-site events

👤 About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in an automotive sales management role, ideally with at least 2 years’ experience
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Confident leading and supporting a sales team
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about developing a long-term career within the motor trade

💰 Package
- OTE: £60,000 per year
- Basic salary: £25,000
- Commission structure
- Performance bonus

🕐 Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent position.
The role requires flexibility to work across the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am–5:30pm
- Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10:00am–4:00pm
A full driving licence held for at least one year is required for this position.
