Ready to step into leadership? Great Clips in Midtown needs an Assistant Salon Manager who can motivate a team and deliver great haircuts. You will help with scheduling, training, and daily operations while still doing what you love behind the chair. We offer competitive pay ($25-$33/hr avg), profit sharing, 401(K), PTO, holiday pay, bonus programs, and a real path to Salon Manager.

What you bring to the team
To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll need:
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
