ASSISTANT SECTION MANAGER
(Section Support — Lefties UK)
Who we are
Lefties is a part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home, and Lefties.
Fashion is what we sell. How we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity, and sustainability, with people at the center of every success. As Lefties expands in the UK, we’re building teams who thrive on pace, purpose, and customer-first retail.
The role
As an Assistant Section Manager, you support the daily running of your section by helping the team deliver strong standards, smooth product flow, and a great customer experience.
This is not a managerial role, but you will be an important support to the Section Manager — helping coordinate priorities, keeping the shopfloor moving, and setting the example through your pace, reliability, and attitude.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
