Role Overview
The post holder will be an integral member of the speciality management team.
Responsible for the delivery of operational and administrative services within a Gynaecology, Fertility and Surgical Services contributing to the achievement of the Care Group Operational Plan.

Key Responsibilities
- The Assistant Service Manager will monitor operational performance within the speciality advising the General Service Manager, Head of Operations, Clinical Leads and Lead Nurse/AHP as necessary.
- The post holder will work closely with other specialities within the Division and understand cross-cutting work which effects the other Divisions.
