Assistant Service Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager at our CUPRA dealership in Coventry.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
  • Saturdays: on a rota basis

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary of £38,000 plus bonus and benefits including a company car

Role and Responsibilities

In every aspect of our dealerships, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.

  • Be hands on in your approach to help support the Service Manager in driving the department forward, ensuring targets are met and budgets are managed.
  • Be versed in all aspects of the Service Department.
  • Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department.
  • Maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories.
  • Ensure that all manufacturers’ policies and procedures are adhered.
  • Assist with planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets.
  • Managing and development of the team.
  • Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency.
  • Exceeding customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the smooth running and day-to-day activity of the Service Department.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or workshop controller but is looking for their first step into management.
