An Exciting Opportunity
Are you looking to develop your career within Balmoral and take the next step towards a supervisory role?
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Contracts team as an Assistant Service Supervisor. This role offers a structured three-year Training and Development Programme, designed to provide the technical knowledge, practical experience, and leadership skills required to progress into a fully competent Service Supervisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on-site, travelling across the UK, building customer relationships, and developing their technical and supervisory capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Assistant Service Supervisor, you will support Service Supervisors, Site Managers and Project Managers with:

- Monitoring and supporting subcontracted tank installation activities.
- Assisting with site supervision and project reporting.
- Conducting site surveys and audits.
- Supporting technical investigations where required.
- Building strong relationships with customers and subcontract installation teams.
- Monitoring quality, safety, and project performance.
- Attending site meetings and pre-start surveys.

- Has excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Can work independently and show initiative.
- Is willing to travel extensively throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
