Role Description

The Assistant Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports the Showroom Manager in overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, presentation standards, and stock management. The Assistant Showroom Manager will welcome and guide clients through the jewellery collections, provide expert product information, and assist clients in choosing engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery. Responsibilities include driving sales, supporting client consultations and appointments, managing follow-up communication, and ensuring an outstanding in-person customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with the wider team on merchandising, appointments, after-sales care, and maintaining a professional, luxury-focused showroom environment.

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience, with a focus on luxury retail or premium brands.
  • Proven ability to drive Sales in a showroom or retail environment, with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working in Showrooms or similar settings, maintaining visual standards, coordinating appointments, and supporting a high-end client journey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and guide clients through important purchase decisions.
  • Organizational and time management skills, including handling multiple clients, appointments, and operational tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems; familiarity with CRM or clienteling software is an advantage.
  • Background in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods retail is highly beneficial; knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and engagement ring settings is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in the London Area, including weekends and peak retail periods as required.
