Rowley Hall Primary School
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Rowley Hall Primary School part of the Elliot Foundation Academy for an Assistant Site Manager. We have recently joined The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, this is a successful multi-academy trust specialising in the primary sector. We are building a thriving community of primary schools, that succeeds on behalf of its children and communities. We currently have three clusters of schools in the West Midlands, London and East Anglia which serve approximately 10,000 children and are supported by central and regional teams.
The Elliot Foundation's recent Ofsted report praised us as a ‘wholeheartedly inclusive’. ‘Deliberately non-hierarchical’, reflective and open-minded’ academy trust.

We are looking to recruit a committed and self-motivated individual to provide effective assistant site management support to the school. Duties will include ensuring that the security, general appearance and surrounding areas are in line with the required standard. You will be an important member of our school team and will have a positive approach to this key role. Working under the direction of the Site Manager, you will:

- Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Be dedicated and hardworking
- Be a team player who is friendly and professional, relating well to staff, parents and pupils
- Be responsible, flexible and reliable
- The ability to work flexible hours, opening and closing of the school premises, on a shift rota with Site Manager
- Demonstrate best practice in the management of the school premises
Responsibilities will include:
- Improvement, general maintenance and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds
- Repairing and maintaining the school premises and grounds
- Opening and closing of the school, working in collaboration with the Site Manager and the business needs
- Ensuring compliance of the school premises through regular routine and scheduled maintenance of the Site

Grade C, SCP 5 to 8, £26,429 - £27,710 full time p.a (17,857 – 18,722, pro-rata salary applies)
